129 Media & Records LLC began as a musically creative outlet, founded by Rachael Van Schepen with no initial plans to step into the spotlight as an artist herself. The company was created solely to serve behind the scenes. Producing music, composing and helping others bring their visions to life for artists and media projects alike.

At the time, Rachael had no intention of becoming an independent artist. Her passion was in building the vision for others. But as life unfolded, so did her purpose. Personal trauma, loss, and a deep desire to speak truth through music eventually pulled her forward
as an artist with a message.

129 grew with her. What began as a production hub expanded into a full-service media and artist development company, empowering independent creatives with branding, sync licensing education, strategic planning, and the emotional fuel to own their stories.
